Another Open Letter

Dear God,
You know how you designed toddlers to wake up 3am, sneak into her parents room and whisper, "mom."  And then we answer, "what's wrong sweetie?" And they open their arms and say, "hugs." And just want to be cuddled for 20 minutes before going back to bed?

That's one of the best things ever.

Love, me.

  1. That is sweet. Until they want to stay in your bed all night. I currently have two (ages 8 and 5) that spend many nights cuddling in my bed with gets crowded! But I also understand that it won't be much longer before they're gone so I treasure the elbows to the cheek and the cold feet in the ribs.
